The R.C. Smith Company was founded in 1965 by Richard C. Smith
in the family garage and with simple woodworking equipment.
Today, we continue to be a family owned business, but reside in
a 40,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility that utilizes a CAD (computer
aided design) system to generate functional space designs and CAM
(computer aided manufacturing) machinery that is capable of producing
our products with accuracy to within .008”; about the thickness
of a human hair!
We currently have over 3,000 installations in eight countries worldwide
and take great pride in the products and services that we offer
to our customers.
